How long does it take?

You will be glad to know that the coaching process is quick, and it won’t be long until your performance anxiety is under wraps. We usually start with a free initial consultation, which lasts around 45 minutes. In this session, we will discover the route causes of your problem, and discuss the steps needed to get you to where you want to be.
